Paris Fashion Week! Days 6 & 7!

From the critter prints and whimsical silhouettes by Celine, the pieces we want to feel our closets with from Chloe, to the amazing CholaVictorian inspired designs by Givenchy— Day 6 of Paris Fashion Week yielded an incredibly diverse set of runways.

With major fashion houses like Stella McCartney, Giambattista Valli, Hermes, and Saint Laurent in the line-up for Day 7 of Paris Fashion Week— what other runways should we pay attention to? The answer: Sacai, Leonard, and Sonia Rykiel; all of whom produced incredible pieces we’re dying to put in our closets (whether they be real or imaginary).

Paris Fashion Week – Fall 2015 Ready-to-Wear – Days 1 & 2

My Picks from London Fashion Week!!!

5. Bora Aksu’s collection for 2015 was so unique! It was romantic, opulent, and a little gothic… I absolutely LOVE the grey/gold styled together! Photos and complete show found here.

4. I don’t know that Julien Macdonald stepped out of his wheelhouse for his Fall 2015 collection, but why would he? Photos from style.com

3. Paul Costelloe showed a perfect mix of runway statements and wearable pieces with a flawless transition from one look to the next. Photo source.

2. The 2015 Fall collection from Burberry Prorsum focused on “heirloom pieces” in funky prints reminiscent of the the 1960s. Very Talitha Getty 😉 Photos from style.com

1. Temperley London was my favorite runway from London Fashion Week! The prints and silhouettes were so fun and modern, and the layering choices were right on point (love the scarf theme throughout). While all the transitions were lovely, the teal and white/gold color stories were my favorite 😉 Photos from style.com

Picks from NYFW for Fall 2015!!!

I know I’m a bit late on this post, but there’s been so much going on! So, without further adieu, here are my 5 favorite runways and other favorite looks from New York Fashion Week– the Fall 2015 Collections 😉 All images from style.com

5. Nanette Lepore: The Fall 2015 collection is feminine, preppy, and a bit rebellious… business-bohemian at its finest 😉 With a lovely color story made up predominately of shades of salmon and teal and just the right amount of military details, this collection is right on point!

4. Michael Kors: Mixing together menswear textures and fabrics with a bit of opulence the Fall 2015 collection from Michael Kors is genius (as usual).

3. Anna Sui: The collection masters the art of laid-back bohemian style, but with a bit of Nordic flare.

2. Ralph Lauren: One thing that sets a seasoned pro like Ralph Lauren apart from the newbies, is his seamless transitions on the runway– the looks flow from one to the next like waves. The 2015 Fall collection presents country-inspired textures of fringe and crochet in silhouettes fit for the city streets.

1. Lela Rose: I DIE!!! One of the most unique and inspired collections for fall! The looks are incredibly sweet with just the right amount of structure. The sparkling leaf prints were especially beautiful 😉
